1. About Us

Carsfinity is a car detailing studio located at Shop No. 13, Goodwill Bizhub, Turbhe, Navi Mumbai. We offer services including ceramic coating, paint protection film (PPF), auto detailing, and car deep cleaning. References to "Carsfinity", "we", "us", or "our" mean the Carsfinity business.

2. Bookings & Appointments

• Appointments can be requested by phone or WhatsApp. A booking is confirmed only once we acknowledge it directly.
• Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule.
• Please inform us in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule so we can offer the slot to other customers.

3. Quotes & Pricing

Any prices quoted are estimates based on the information available at the time. The final price may vary depending on the actual size, condition, and requirements of your vehicle once assessed on arrival. We will communicate any change in scope or price before proceeding with additional work.

4. Payment

Payment is due on completion of the Service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept the payment methods communicated to you at the time of booking or service.

5. Your Vehicle & Personal Belongings

• Please remove all personal belongings, valuables, and documents from your vehicle before your appointment. Carsfinity is not responsible for the loss of, or damage to, items left inside the vehicle.
• You confirm that you are the owner of the vehicle or are authorised by the owner to have the Services performed.
• You are responsible for disclosing any pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, or special conditions of the vehicle before work begins.

6. Service Results & Warranties

We take great care to deliver a high standard of workmanship. However, results can depend on the age, condition, paintwork, and history of each vehicle. Where a specific product warranty applies (for example, on certain ceramic coatings or PPF), the terms of that warranty will be provided separately and are subject to the manufacturer's conditions and proper aftercare. We do not guarantee the removal of every defect, scratch, stain, or imperfection.

7. Aftercare

To maintain the results of your Service, you agree to follow any aftercare guidance we provide. Failure to follow recommended aftercare may affect the durability of the results and may void any applicable product warranty.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Carsfinity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our Site or Services. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Our total liability in connection with any Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that Service.

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorised access to it. All content on the Site — including text, logos, images, and design — is owned by or licensed to Carsfinity and may not be copied or reused without our permission.
